📋 Description

• Analyze, support, and maintain enterprise business applications to ensure optimal performance and availability • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned applications and business units • Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, system errors, and performance problems • Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions • Provide Tier II application support to end users • Coordinate with developers, infrastructure teams, and vendors to resolve complex technical issues • Monitor application health, availability, and performance using enterprise monitoring tools • Configure and maintain enterprise applications based on business requirements • Support application deployments, upgrades, patches, and enhancements • Participate in software implementation and system integration projects

🎯 Requirements

• Highschool Diploma/GED • 3–5 years of experience supporting enterprise business applications, systems analysis, or application administration • DoD 8570 Information Assurance Technical Level II (IAT Level II) Certification required • Experience supporting commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) and/or custom applications, including Flexera FNMS (FlexNet Manager Suite) • Experience troubleshooting application and system issues • Working knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
