📋 Description
• Deliver exceptional work while representing all UX & Product disciplines at the account level • Build relationships with clients and internal departments • Drive cross-functional process and efficiency • Identify growth opportunities and mentor a team of 1-3 UX designers and researchers • Own the UX & Product point of view on project planning and account strategy
🎯 Requirements
• 10+ years of UX and product design experience • Deep understanding of the iterative user experience design process • Proficiency with Figma, Miro, JIRA, and Notion • Experience with agile work processes • Ability to manage and grow a team • Excellent communication skills to relay design decisions and user insights clearly • Comfortable collecting, relaying, and acting on performance feedback
