📋 Description

• Lead product management and strategic product direction for the Validus platform • Oversee product vision, innovation, design, development, and management • Partner with customers, partners, and internal teams to develop and execute product strategy and roadmap • Drive feature initiatives from concept through production release and go-to-market • Balance system enhancements, technical debt, long-term vision, and in-flight work • Maintain deep familiarity with the Validus platform’s operation and architecture • Monitor capital markets, compliance regulations, risk management practices, competitive dynamics, and SaaS trends • Analyze customer usage patterns and translate insights into product strategy • Analyze markets, segment customer groups, and track competitive and technology trends • Identify tactical customer solutions and propose systematic platform enhancements • Develop and productize dynamic customer reporting through UI and/or API • Identify technology opportunities and approaches that benefit teams and customers • Advocate for relationship managers’ system needs and developers’ customer needs • Work with engineers to balance design tradeoffs and ensure timely releases • Support sales and marketing collateral, including presentations, white papers, competitive briefings, demonstrations, data sheets, and FAQs

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive experience in senior or executive product management within capital markets, ideally with a fintech focus • Extensive knowledge of product trends within capital markets and trade surveillance • Superb attention to detail • Excellent data-driven reporting and analysis skills • Ability to communicate effectively with technical, legal, compliance, and front-office stakeholders • Subject-matter expertise in equities and futures • Experience in or appetite for digital assets, FX, fixed income, and/or prediction markets • Proven ability to work with technology teams on dynamic software applications • Working knowledge of third-party surveillance systems • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills • Candidate must be based in North America
