📋 Description

• Work directly with founders and the executive team on a product used by more than 50 million people • Own analyses end-to-end: frame problems, gather and model data, pressure-test conclusions, and present recommendations to leadership • Structure broad and undefined questions, identify data needed to test hypotheses, and drive analysis independently • Build business cases, financial models, forecasts, and KPI dashboards used for executive decision-making • Identify operational bottlenecks, design improved processes, and help implement them across teams • Run special projects by coordinating stakeholders and driving initiatives from kickoff to delivery • Prepare strategy documents, performance reviews, and investment memos • Distill complex analysis into concise, evidence-backed executive narratives

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, economics, engineering, or a related quantitative field • 2–4 years at a Big4 or equivalent top-tier consulting firm, in a Strategy or Operations practice • Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP/INDEX-MATCH, sensitivity tables, and complex formulas • Ability to build financial models, business cases, and analyses from scratch • Ability to create clean, executive-ready PowerPoint decks • Ability to structure ambiguous problems using hypotheses and data • Comfortable with ambiguity and independently scoping and driving work in a remote setting • Fully fluent in English • Comfortable working with products based on uncensored models and content • Regular daily overlap with Central European Time (CET) • Willingness and ability to work under a B2B contract arrangement in the country of residence • Comfortable working in the adult/18+ AI companionship industry • Bonus: genuine curiosity about AI tools • Bonus: exposure to tech, AI, or high-growth startup environments • Bonus: background in consumer tech, media, gaming, or marketplaces
