📋 Description

• Map and engage elite talent from Tier 1 tech hubs and companies worldwide • Identify and connect with passive candidates through thoughtful outreach and networking • Support implementation of an AI-first recruitment stack using AI agents, technical communities, and unconventional sourcing channels • Maintain long-term relationships with passive talent globally • Own the candidate journey from the first discovery call to the final close • Provide a clear, respectful, and high-quality candidate experience • Conduct structured interviews assessing technical aptitude and cultural alignment • Provide concise, actionable interview summaries to Hiring Managers and Leadership • Improve hiring workflows with Founders and Team Leads • Remove operational friction and strengthen hiring processes as the company grows beyond 100 employees • Contribute to employer branding initiatives and content positioning EverAI as a destination for top AI talent • Refine internal workflows, experiment with AI tools, and test sourcing strategies • Work closely with the CEO and leaders across the business to build the global team behind EverAI's AI companionship platform

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment • At least 2 years in tech recruitment • Experience working in a start-up or scale-up environment • Global sourcing experience, including talent from major tech hubs such as USA, EU, and LATAM • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools • Perfect fluency in English • Strong communication and collaborative skills • Goal-oriented, ownership and commitment • Doer mindset, balancing execution, planning, and strategy • Humble, willing to learn, and open to feedback • Comfortable hiring for products based on uncensored models and content • AI recruitment experience or familiarity with the AI space is a bonus • Exposure to employer branding, compensation benchmarking, or broader Talent Acquisition initiatives is a bonus
