📋 Description

• Design and ship internal tools and systems end to end, including back-end services, APIs, front-end interfaces, data integrations, deployment, and infrastructure • Move between projects and problem types as priorities shift, including workflow automation tools, internal dashboards, and AI-powered features • Integrate LLM, RAG, and agent capabilities into usable software in partnership with the Applied AI Engineer • Work with teams across the business to understand their problems and build effective solutions • Own software through production and beyond, applying judgment to ship reliable solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Strong full-stack engineering; production-grade code across back end, APIs, and front end, such as Python and/or TypeScript with a modern web framework • Track record of picking up unfamiliar problems and shipping • Extensive experience with AI, including integrating APIs and building features on top of models • Ability to understand non-technical teams’ problems and turn them into working solutions • Comfort with pipelines, databases, and structured/unstructured data • Ability to thrive autonomously in a small team without heavy process • Bonus: experience building internal tools or platforms used by other teams • Bonus: cloud, DevOps, or deployment experience, including CI/CD, containers, and infrastructure-as-code • Bonus: hands-on experience shipping LLM-powered features in production • Bonus: portfolio of varied systems built end to end
