📋 Description

• Develop and implement comprehensive growth marketing strategy for EverHealth portfolio across acquisition, expansion, and advocacy. • Lead and scale a high-velocity growth marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement. • Manage strategic agency partnerships to execute scalable growth marketing programs across inbound and outbound channels. • Partner closely with key stakeholders across commercial and cross-functional teams, ensuring strategic marketing alignment with EverHealth business objectives. • Design and implement comprehensive customer acquisition strategies to increase market share with ICP buying personas. • Oversee creation and execution of integrated campaigns across inbound and outbound channels, including paid digital, organic (SEO+AEO), social media, email and events. • Develop and execute partner marketing initiatives including co-branded campaigns, webinars, marketplace promotions, and partner-driven lead generation programs. • Develop and implement customer expansion and retention strategies to increase customer lifetime value (CLV) and reduce churn. • Track and report on key marketing metrics, including TOF/MOF conversion rates, marketing attributed revenue, cost per lead, customer engagement, and brand sentiment.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field • 10+ years in marketing with demonstrated experience in a leadership role. • Proven success in driving growth, revenue and retention • Strong understanding of customer acquisition techniques and cost optimization. • Experience in Healthcare tech or B2B SaaS is highly desirable. • Excellent leadership and team management skills. • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
