• Support our Ops Strategists in delivering on Salesforce implementations or change management projects • Manage inbound support tickets for both system enhancements and issue resolution • Collaborate with stakeholders on developing sustainable and scalable business processes • Develop Salesforce administrative best practices and frameworks for implementing and maintaining them across the portfolio • Provide administrative support and development bandwidth across varying platforms in the following categories: CRMs (Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, etc.) Sales Enablement solutions (SalesLoft, Outreach, InsideSales, etc.) Telephony solutions (Talkdesk, Ring Central, native CRM voice solutions, etc.) Support Platforms (Salesforce, Zendesk, Zoho Desk, Freshdesk, etc.)
• 2+ years of Salesforce administration • 3+ years of administrative experience across enterprise platforms • Comfortable managing long term projects alongside day-to-day output • Demonstrated ability to work independently while aligning with a shared team goal • Excellent attention to detail and willingness to pitch in when necessary.
