📋 Description

• Responsible for executing customer projects – from requirements gathering and configuration through to stable live operation • Configuration and implementation of solutions on-premises • Main point of contact for customers throughout the entire project • Support for post–go-live support and identification of optimization opportunities • Clarification and resolution of issues at the interface between IT, inventory/ERP and accounting

🎯 Requirements

• Completed training/education in IT, commercial, or hospitality fields – or comparable practical experience • Approximately 3–6 years of professional experience in project delivery, implementation, consulting, or Customer Success • Strong technical understanding and ability to quickly get up to speed with new software systems and subject areas • Knowledge in at least one of the following areas: inventory management/ERP or accounting/financial accounting • Structured, self-driven and results-oriented way of working • Good German skills (at least C1) and solid English skills (at least B2)
