📋 Description
• Responsible for the successful deployment of the solution at the customer’s site • Coordinate the entire implementation — from hardware installation, configuration and testing to commissioning • Analyze customer requirements and implement them in the system • Serve as the primary point of contact for the customer throughout the project • Work closely with Sales, Product, Operations and Marketing
🎯 Requirements
• 1–5 years of professional experience in project management, implementation, or customer onboarding • Strong technical understanding • Ability to organize complex processes • German and English skills — written and spoken • Experience with IoT solutions, hardware rollouts, or parking/mobility topics (plus)
