📋 Description
• Take responsibility for the full recruitment process, from identifying candidates to hiring new employees. • Support new hires during their onboarding and integration. • Work closely with Business Managers. • Innovate by proposing and implementing sourcing strategies tailored to the profiles sought. • Identify top talent, both managerial and non-managerial. • Use all available tools to achieve recruitment goals.
🎯 Requirements
• Prior experience as a Recruitment Officer in a temporary staffing agency or IT services company (ESN). • A natural hunter mentality, recognized for strong interpersonal skills and tenacity. • Ability to work in a team, with strong communication, analytical skills, and attention to detail. • Reactivity and responsiveness will drive your success.
