📋 Description

• Development of new recruiting channels: You will be responsible for identifying and optimizing new ways to attract both permanent employees and freelancers. • Active sourcing: Actively engage in talent acquisition by proactively approaching potential candidates and promoting our company. • Writing job postings: Create compelling and informative job advertisements that not only describe the role accurately but also reflect our company culture and values. • Conducting interviews: Confidently guide candidates through the selection process from the initial contact to the final interview.
