📋 Description

• Oversee the copywriting team and ensure the delivery of high-quality, engaging content that aligns with brand voice and marketing objectives • Deliver excellent business results through the efforts of their teams • Sculpt the big ideas that drive action • Collaborate with a dozen different departments to make your message come to life across various digital channels • Demonstrate a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion through continuous development, modeling inclusive behaviors, and proactively managing bias

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent education plus professional experience) required • 5-7 years of writing experience in marketing, advertising or a related field • 2-4 years of pharmaceutical writing experience is preferred • High science experience preferred (oncology, HIV, etc) • A book featuring conceptual work and very smart digital executions, social experiences, out-of-home extensions and even banners • Know-how for writing in a digital landscape — from strategy development to banners to sites to SEO • Experience with complex projects that include internal and external account and creative teams
