every® is a consumer-facing food company offering chef-crafted, nutritionist-backed, plant-based frozen meals and meal bundles sold via an online subscription/e-commerce shop. The company sells shock-frozen ready-to-heat dishes (bowls, pastas, curries, risottos and seasonal offerings) designed for health and convenience (high-protein, postnatal, reset and portioned plans). Meals are delivered frozen on a recurring cadence, with online ordering, bundles, and supporting content (a magazine, nutrition tips and community features).

📋 Description

• Localize and adapt German content into French for different digital touchpoints • Ensure translations feel natural, culturally relevant and tailored to the expectations of French-speaking audiences • Review and optimize content with a strong understanding of french language preferences • Support the adaptation of different content formats, including: Performance Ads (e.g. Meta, Google), Landing pages, SEO content, CRM • Provide linguistic feedback to help our teams create the best possible content for French-speaking markets • Ensure content is adapted to the requirements of each channel by understanding: How performance marketing copy works, What drives engagement and conversion, How landing pages are structured, How SEO content needs to be localized • Collaborate closely with our internal teams and provide recommendations on wording, messaging and cultural relevance

🎯 Requirements

• Native French speaker with excellent knowledge of French-speaking market • Fluent in German with the ability to understand German source content and adapt it into natural French • Fluent in English for daily communication and collaboration with our international teams • Experience in localization, content creation, copywriting, digital marketing or a related field • Understanding of different digital content formats, including: Performance Ads, Landing pages, SEO content, CRM • Strong attention to detail and a high standard for language quality • Comfortable giving constructive feedback and working closely with different teams • Able to balance linguistic accuracy with marketing goals and performance objectives • Experience working with e-commerce, D2C brands, or performance marketing is a plus.
