📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable AI-powered backend applications and platform services • Build, optimize, and maintain Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines using modern AI frameworks • Develop backend engines and distributed systems for high-performance AI applications • Design and implement event-driven architectures and event processing pipelines • Integrate referral sidecars and backend services to improve system scalability and reliability • Deploy, manage, and optimize cloud-native applications on AWS • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated deployment and delivery • Implement secrets management, monitoring, logging, and observability solutions • Collaborate with product managers, architects, and cross-functional engineering teams to deliver secure, scalable, and high-quality software • Troubleshoot production issues and continuously improve application performance and reliability

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field • 4+ years of experience in backend software development • Strong experience designing and developing scalable, cloud-native applications • Hands-on experience with AI application development using LangChain, LangGraph, and RAG architectures • Experience with AWS cloud services, containerized deployments, and modern DevOps practices • Strong understanding of distributed systems, event-driven architectures, and backend integration patterns • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills • Immediate joiners only • Experience building enterprise AI platforms and Generative AI solutions • Familiarity with microservices architecture and container orchestration • Knowledge of cloud security best practices and infrastructure automation • Experience working in Agile development environments
