📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-level Web GIS applications and geospatial services. • Build interactive web mapping applications for visualization, analysis, and management of spatial data. • Develop and integrate GIS services using industry-standard geospatial web services and APIs. • Work with vector, raster, and tiled geospatial datasets to support business and operational requirements. • Implement spatial data processing workflows and optimize geospatial data storage and retrieval. • Develop and maintain integrations with GIS platforms, databases, and external systems. • Perform spatial analysis, geoprocessing, and map rendering for web-based GIS solutions. • Ensure application scalability, performance, security, and reliability. • Collaborate with GIS analysts, business stakeholders, and development teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions. • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to geospatial data, services, and application functionality. • Create technical documentation and support deployment, testing, and maintenance activities.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, GIS, Geomatics, Engineering, or a related technical discipline • 6–8 years of professional software development experience • Strong understanding of software engineering principles, object-oriented programming, and modern web development practices • Experience designing and developing enterprise-scale applications • Strong understanding of Geographic Information Systems (GIS) principles and concepts • Experience working with spatial data models and geospatial information systems • Knowledge of coordinate reference systems (CRS), map projections, and geodesy concepts • Familiarity with geospatial data formats including GeoJSON, Shapefile, KML, WMS, WFS, and ArcGIS Services • Familiarity with OGC standards and geospatial web service architectures.
