📋 Description

• Provide functional consulting, configuration, and support for Workday HRMS modules, including: Advanced Compensation, Compensation, Time Management, Absence Management. • Collaborate with HR, business users, and IT teams to gather requirements and translate business needs into effective Workday solutions. • Configure, test, and deploy Workday enhancements, business processes, and system updates. • Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues related to Workday modules and integrations. • Perform impact analysis and recommend best practices for process improvements. • Support Workday releases, updates, and ongoing system maintenance activities. • Develop and maintain functional documentation, test scripts, and training materials. • Provide user training and knowledge transfer to HR teams and end-users. • Ensure data integrity, security, compliance, and adherence to organizational policies. • Participate in stakeholder meetings and provide support during PST business hours.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of overall experience working with Workday HRMS solutions. • Strong hands-on expertise in: Workday Advanced Compensation • Workday Compensation • Workday Time Management • Workday Absence Management • Extensive experience in Workday configuration, business processes, security, and reporting. • Strong understanding of HR operations and workforce management processes. • Experience with Workday implementations, enhancements, and production support. • Ability to analyze business requirements and recommend scalable Workday solutions. • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and documentation abilities. • Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple priorities. • Prior experience supporting global teams or clients across PST time zones.
