📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable **data pipelines and data platforms on Snowflake**. • Implement and optimize **ELT/ETL workflows** using tools like **Matillion** and other orchestration frameworks. • Design and implement **Medallion Architecture (Bronze, Silver, Gold layers)** for enterprise analytics and reporting. • Perform **data modeling** (conceptual, logical, physical) to support analytical and reporting use cases. • Integrate data from multiple source systems including **SAP HANA**, relational databases, APIs, and flat files. • Ensure data quality, data governance, performance tuning, and cost optimization within Snowflake. • Develop reusable frameworks and best practices for ingestion, transformation, and data validation. • Collaborate with architects, analysts, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable data solutions. • Implement security best practices including role‑based access control, data masking, and auditing. • Support production deployments, monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance optimization. • Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership across data engineering initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• 11–12 years of overall experience in **Data Engineering / Data Platform development**. • Strong hands‑on experience with **Snowflake** (architecture, performance tuning, cost optimization). • Expertise in **ETL/ELT design and development**, preferably using **Matillion**. • Solid understanding and implementation experience with **Medallion Architecture**. • Strong experience in **data modeling** (dimensional modeling, star/snowflake schemas). • Proficient in **SQL** and experience with large‑scale data transformations. • Hands‑on experience integrating data from **SAP HANA** and other enterprise systems. • Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and analytics platforms. • Experience working with structured and semi‑structured data (JSON, Parquet, etc.).
