📋 Description

• Manage and scale profitable Google Ads campaigns across Search, Shopping, Performance Max, YouTube, and Demand Gen • Optimize campaigns based on contribution margins, not just ROAS • Strategically manage and independently advise clients • Analyze account data and derive actionable measures • Actively leverage AI tools • Help develop internal standards • Support high-growth clients alongside a team of more than 25 e-commerce specialists

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on Google Ads experience in an e-commerce environment • Ideally, your experience is complemented by a degree in online marketing, data analysis, or a comparable analytical field • Strong analytical thinking • Ability to recognize patterns quickly • Deep understanding of digital marketing • Ambition to develop an in-depth understanding of Google Ads • Independent, solution-oriented approach to work • Outstanding self-organization and discipline • German language skills at least at a basic level (A1, A2, or B1) will be requested in the application form
