📋 Description

• Develop year-round campaigns for social media and other digital channels • Turn marketing objectives into content ideas, campaign narratives, and creative formats • Contribute to the annual content and campaign roadmap and align it with the Social Media Manager’s strategy and publishing calendar • Write scripts, storylines, creative briefs, and content outlines for video-led campaigns • Set messaging, tone of voice, visual references, and storytelling approach • Plan and coordinate end-to-end production with filmmakers, agencies, and other partners • Brief and direct creative partners • Manage timelines, deliverables, feedback rounds, approvals, and final delivery • Adapt campaign concepts into platform-specific formats and variations • Align messaging with internal teams and hand finished assets to the Social Media Manager for publishing and distribution

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in content marketing, campaign management, creative strategy, or a similar role • Strong understanding of social media content formats and digital storytelling • Experience briefing and coordinating filmmakers, creative agencies, and other creative partners • Strong storytelling, scriptwriting, and copywriting skills demonstrated in a portfolio of campaigns and video content • Practical experience with video content production, including production workflows and pre-production • Ability to run several campaigns and deadlines simultaneously • Creative mindset and structured, hands-on approach to execution • Excellent communication and collaboration skills • Fluent in English • German is a plus
