📋 Description

• Manage and scale profitable Google Ads campaigns across Search, Shopping, Performance Max, YouTube, and Demand Gen • Optimize campaigns based on contribution margin rather than ROAS alone • Lead and advise clients strategically and independently • Analyze account data and derive actionable measures • Actively use AI tools • Help develop internal standards • Support growth-focused clients alongside a team of more than 25 e-commerce specialists

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on Google Ads experience in an e-commerce environment • Ideally complemented by a degree in online marketing, data analytics, or a comparable analytical field • Strong analytical thinking • Ability to recognize patterns quickly • Deep understanding of digital marketing • Ambition to understand Google Ads in depth • Independent and solution-oriented working style • Exceptional self-organization and discipline • Very good German language skills—native or near-native (C2), advanced (C1), intermediate (B2), or basic (A1, A2, B1) proficiency will be requested in the application form
