📋 Description

• Manage and profitably scale Google Ads campaigns across Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Demand Gen, and YouTube • Make budget decisions based on performance data • Analyze profitability thresholds and optimize for contribution margin rather than ROAS • Provide strategic leadership and independently advise clients at executive level • Share insights with the team and help shape EVOLVE’s Google Ads methodology • Work with an AI-first approach to Google Ads marketing • Collaborate with experts in automation, AI, landing pages, and creative, as well as the Google Ads team

🎯 Requirements

• At least two years of Google Ads experience in e-commerce, with Google Ads as the primary channel • Experience beyond Search, Shopping, and Performance Max—ideally including Demand Gen, YouTube, or Display • Proven track record of scaling e-commerce accounts based on contribution margin, with an understanding of margins and return rates • Confident working knowledge of GA4, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking • Practical experience managing and advising clients • Very good German skills, or German proficiency at least at B2 level according to the application form
