📋 Description

• Plan, coordinate, and execute Cutover activities • Ensure a secure and controlled transition to the new environment • Work on an international HR/HCM transformation project • Coordinate activities involving multiple countries, teams, and stakeholders • Manage plans, dependencies, risks, and critical activities • Support complex global implementations • Lead Cutover and Go-Live activities

🎯 Requirements

• Experience as a Cutover, Deployment, Program, or Project Manager on complex, global projects • Experience in HR/HCM/HRIS transformation, with involvement in Cutover and Go-Live activities • Experience working across multiple countries with international teams and stakeholders • Strong ability to manage plans, dependencies, risks, and critical activities • Advanced/fluent English • Availability to work aligned with the Netherlands time zone (CET/CEST) • Preferred: Experience with Workday HCM and global implementations • Preferred: Experience with data migration, integrations, payroll, and deployment waves • Preferred: Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools • Strong communication skills and a proactive approach • Sense of urgency and strong prioritization skills
