📋 Description

• Configure, enhance, and provide support for the SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Time Management solution • Gather requirements and translate business needs into functional solutions • Work with the Time Tracking and Time Off modules • Collaborate with distributed teams in a global environment • Participate in workshops, testing, and go-lives • Support incident resolution • Document processes

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Time Management (EC-Time) • Strong knowledge of Time Tracking and Time Off • Experience configuring and providing functional support for the solution • Experience working on global projects and/or in large-scale corporate environments • Fluent English (spoken and written, including participation in international meetings) • SAP SuccessFactors certification in Employee Central/Time Management is a plus • Experience with integrations and SAP Integration Suite/CPI is a plus • Knowledge of payroll and international employment legislation is a plus • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills • Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach • Strong sense of urgency and prioritization skills
