📋 Description

• Work on 3M's SAP S/4HANA implementation project for Latin America. • Lead requirements-gathering activities, solution design, system configuration, and provide support during testing and deployment phases. • Ensure alignment of business needs with SAP best practices. • Work on a regional project involving six Latin American countries, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams located in Brazil, Argentina, and India. • Participate in project routines, supporting cross-area integration, validation of logistics processes, and delivery of high-quality solutions in a global, collaborative environment.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in SAP S/4HANA implementation projects, preferably in multinational environments. • Experience conducting requirements-gathering workshops and business process mapping. • Solid understanding of transportation, logistics, and supply chain management processes. • Experience with SAP implementation methodologies (Activate, ASAP, or similar). • Strong skills in requirements analysis, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication. • Soft skill: collaborative team player. • Good communication skills and proactivity. • Sense of urgency and ability to prioritize.
