📋 Description
• contacting patients in an attempt to collect outstanding balances • processing adjustments • establishing payment plans • providing exceptional customer service while resolving billing issues • maintaining accuracy, compliance, and professionalism in all interactions
🎯 Requirements
• High School Diploma or equivalent GED • 1+ years of experience in a collections or customer service • Prior experience in receivable accounts, medical billing, or healthcare administration preferred • CRM, Salesforce highly preferred • Phone systems, Five9 highly preferred • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams) • Ability to work independently in a remote setting with strong time management skills
