📋 Description

• Serve as the primary relationship owner for assigned provider groups and healthcare organizations • Develop strong partnerships with physicians, practice administrators, office managers, care coordinators, referral coordinators, nurses, and executive stakeholders • Conduct regular in-person and virtual business reviews with provider partners • Drive account retention, growth, and provider satisfaction across assigned territories

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Marketing, Communications, Public Health, or related field preferred • Minimum of 7 years of experience in healthcare account management • Strong relationship-building and consultative sales skills • Ability to influence stakeholders at all organizational levels • Proficiency with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office applications
