📋 Description

• Subject matter expert with current end to end new patient processes including billing, actions, profile prep, doctor calls, and transfers • Creating, interpreting, monitoring of ECOS and sales force reports and following up • Ability to prepare, monitor and follow up with technician schedules • Identify areas of opportunity for process improvements • Ability to communicate efficiently and engage with team members and direct reports • Ability to manage performance of team on a daily and weekly basis (attendance, KPI’s) • Demonstrates superior written and verbal skills to collaborate with internal partners and resolve patient issues

🎯 Requirements

• Certified Pharmacy Technician • No active performance management or corrective action • 2 year tenure with ExactCare Pharmacy with 6 months spent in current role • Previous management/leadership experience preferred • At least one year of Lead experience in Patient Care/Fulfillment
