📋 Description

• Lead the design and delivery of enterprise-class OMS solutions • Define solution architecture and detailed technical design for IBM Sterling OMS • Lead and mentor development teams • Oversee end-to-end development for IBM OMS • Ensure OMS enhancements meet stakeholder KPIs • Manage and evaluate technical requirements • Provide architectural governance through design and code reviews • Guide OMS implementation efforts and ensure best practices adoption • Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams • Drive secure, scalable, cloud-ready OMS development using Agile methodologies • Contribute to continuous improvements

🎯 Requirements

• 13+ years of experience in IT, specifically in IBM Sterling OMS • Strong architecture experience and expertise in IBM Sterling OMS • Advanced level Java development skills • Advanced expertise in configurations, customizations, workflows, SDF, DB extensions, and APIs of IBM Sterling OMS • Strong experience with DB2 and Oracle databases • Proficiency in XML, JSON, integration patterns (MQ, WebServices, REST APIs) • Experience with Linux/Unix environments • Hands-on exposure to GCP or equivalent cloud platforms • Strong knowledge of Git and modern DevOps practices
