📋 Description

• Lead the architecture and design of enterprise integration solutions using IBM ACE • Define integration architecture, patterns, standards, and best practices • Engage directly with clients and senior stakeholders to understand requirements and shape scalable solutions • Provide technical leadership across integration design, development, troubleshooting, and delivery governance • Lead and collaborate with global onshore/offshore engineering teams • Drive integration modernization across APIs, messaging, and enterprise applications

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years of IT experience with strong Integration Architecture experience • Expert-level IBM ACE / IBM App Connect Enterprise (IIB) experience — mandatory • Strong hands-on understanding of enterprise integration patterns, APIs, REST/SOAP, messaging, and middleware • Proven experience in client-facing architecture and stakeholder management • Strong technical leadership and problem-solving capabilities • Experience working in global onshore-offshore delivery models • MuleSoft and/or Apigee experience preferred • API Management, Microservices, and Event-Driven Architecture experience preferred • AWS/Azure integration services and cloud modernization experience preferred • Containerization and modern integration platforms experience preferred • Insurance or Financial Services domain experience preferred • MuleSoft/API/integration certifications preferred
