📋 Description

• Lead technical design and development of projects • Guide the engineering team and ensure code quality • Align solutions with business goals and technical standards • Collaborate with project managers and business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions • Implement A/B tests in Adobe Target • Lead design and implementation of AEM-based architectures supporting digital marketing strategies • Integrate AEM solutions with existing systems and third-party applications • Design caching and security strategies involving Dispatcher, firewalls, and CDNs • Define strategies for multi-site and multi-language web applications • Create and manage A/B and multivariate tests with 6sense audience segmentation using Adobe Target and A4T • Provision access through Adobe Admin Console and manage production deployments with Adobe Cloud Manager • Develop and oversee OSGI bundles, AEM templates, HTL/Sightly components and services, launches, workflows, localization features, AEM Mobile and Forms applications, and AEM DAM • Provide expert guidance on AEM system engineering and support engineering best practices • Oversee system architecture covering high availability, disaster recovery, caching, CDN, and persistence layers • Work closely with Marketing to translate business needs into technical solutions • Provide ongoing technical support to the business and AEM engineering, functional SME, and business analysis teams

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience • 10+ years of hands-on AEM development experience • Strong foundation in Java, Sling, OSGi, JCR, and Apache Web Server • 5+ years of experience leading AEM architecture and delivery teams in client-facing applications • Experience with AEM architecture, digital marketing integrations, caching, security, Dispatcher, firewalls, and CDNs • Experience supporting multi-site and multi-language web applications • Experience with Adobe Target, A4T, Audience Segmentation, Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Launch, Adobe Analytics, and Customer Journey Analytics • Experience integrating third-party applications including Salesforce, OneTrust, and 6sense • Experience with Adobe Admin Console, Adobe Support, and Adobe Cloud Manager • Full-stack development experience with system and application design • Experience with OSGI bundles, AEM templates, HTL/Sightly components and services, launches, workflows, localization, AEM Mobile and Forms, and AEM DAM • Experience with components, templates, taxonomy, metadata management, replication, workflows, content publishing, tagging, Maven deployment, and content migration planning • Experience with Vue.js or React and AEM backend frameworks including OSGI, Sling, and Sightly • Proven track record launching enterprise-level platforms using AEM Cloud Service or AEM 6.5 • Familiarity with Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban, and test-driven development • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
