📋 Description

• Support resource allocation and staffing activities • Maintain resource availability, utilization, and capacity data • Track project demands and resource deployment • Prepare regular MIS reports and workforce dashboards • Coordinate with delivery teams, project managers, and recruitment teams • Ensure accuracy of resource management data and reports • Identify allocation conflicts and support resource optimization initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in Resource Management, PMO Operations, or Workforce Management • Strong Excel and reporting skills • Good analytical and data management capabilities • Strong stakeholder coordination and communication skills • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
