📋 Description

• Design end-to-end solution architectures leveraging LCNC platforms and enterprise systems • Translate business and functional requirements into scalable, secure, and high-performing technical solutions • Define solution blueprints including application architecture, integration patterns, and data flows/system interactions • Leverage strong knowledge of insurance processes and systems to align solutions with requirements • Architect and implement solutions using Low-Code/No-Code platforms • Engage directly with customers to present solution approaches and architecture designs • Guide and mentor architecture and delivery teams on design principles • Ensure adherence to architecture governance frameworks and security standards

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field • 10–15 years of experience in solution architecture or technical leadership roles • Strong experience in the Insurance domain is mandatory • Proven experience implementing LCNC platforms in enterprise environments • Experience in client-facing roles • Strong expertise in LCNC platforms such as Appian, OutSystems, Mendix, Pega, and similar tools • Ability to translate business needs into technical architecture and deliverables • Strong knowledge of integration patterns, APIs, microservices, and cloud architectures • Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
