📋 Description

• Conduct new-customer acquisition and advisory calls: proactively identify and reach out to potential customers via various channels (email, phone, industry events/trade shows, etc.) (in collaboration with the team). • Analyze the prospective customer's challenges and needs. We will provide the necessary materials and onboarding. • Assist in building digital sales processes: develop and implement digital sales channels to scale our sales process, including lead research using software, expanding the sales funnel, etc. (in collaboration with the team). • Documentation: prepare and follow up on individual conversations and track key metrics to optimize activities.

🎯 Requirements

• You live in Germany and hold German citizenship (team events and trade shows take place across Germany despite remote work). • Education or current studies in one of the following areas, for example: Marketing, Market Research, Economics, Business Administration (BWL), Economics (VWL), Communication Studies, Business Psychology, or a commercial apprenticeship or comparable qualification. • A positive mindset and perseverance. • Ideally some initial professional experience in sales (not required). • An outgoing personality and strong verbal communication skills. • Enthusiasm to learn more about sales and pursue further training. • Independent and structured work style with a hands-on mentality. • Availability for 3–6 months (part-time possible).
