📋 Description

• Provide high-quality behavioral health care as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker or Licensed Professional Counselor • Partner with community health organizations to expand access to care • Deliver therapy independently while collaborating with support teams • Utilize telehealth platforms for patient therapy sessions

🎯 Requirements

• Active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC/LMHC); must have an active and unrestricted license in Florida • 3+ years of clinical experience (community mental health, integrated care, or similar settings preferred) • Comfort providing therapy independently within a supported care model • Strong clinical judgment in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning • Clear, professional communication and collaboration with care teams • Comfort using telehealth platforms and clinical documentation tools • Commitment to full-time work and continuity of care
