📋 Description

• The Manager of Accounting & Tax will be responsible for overseeing daily accounting activities. • Ensuring compliance with tax regulations, and assisting in the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements & tax filings. • This role will work closely with senior management, external auditors, to ensure compliance with financial and tax reporting standards. • The position requires strong technical accounting and tax knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. • Assists in the documentation process & preparation of SOPs.

🎯 Requirements

• Masters degree in Finance • 8-10 years of experience in book close activities, tax returns with at least 6-7 years in a managerial or leadership role • In-depth knowledge of tax laws, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements (e.g., GAAP, IFRS, corporate tax laws) • Preferred prior experience in (e.g., OneSource, Salesforce, etc). • Strong Accounting knowledge & prior experience in US Tax domain or insurance industry • Strong Communication, demonstrating attention to detail, excellent analytical skills and competent at logical reasoning • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively. • Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and work collaboratively with senior leadership. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with various stakeholders. • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. • High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
