📋 Description
• Drive strategic roadmapping & risk management by translating business drivers into actionable engineering roadmaps. • Arbitrate epic prioritization to balance production realities against business risks. • Pursue the platform engineering & self-service vision, steering infrastructure towards a self-service model. • Provide engineering leadership & organizational scaling by mentoring team leads. • Own compensation strategy, manage yearly budget, and ensure consistency across teams.
🎯 Requirements
• Possess a strong technical DNA rooted in Cloud Infrastructure, Linux, and Virtualization. • Proven track record of management experience, excelling at leading managers (Team Leads). • Strategic vision to anticipate the "next move" and translate technical debt and operational risks into clear business language. • Practice empathetic leadership when handling team dynamics and performance improvement plans. • Demonstrate operational rigor in managing budget and resource planning. • Fluent in English with excellent written and spoken communication skills.
