📋 Description
• first point of contact for international customers for inquiries regarding our product • support customer support team via e-mail and phone • ensure customers get excellent customer service • verification of documents • own responsibilities and support customer support agents with ad-hoc tasks • work together with service partners to support customers
🎯 Requirements
• some experience in customer support • strong communication skills and a customer first mindset • fluent in Spanish, both written and spoken • proficient in English and Chinese languages • experience in the banking or health insurance industry is a plus • experience with helpdesk software (such as Zendesk or similar tools) is ideal
