• First point of contact for international customers • Ensure excellent customer service • Verification of documents • Support customer support agents with ad-hoc tasks • Work together with service partners to support customers

🎯 Requirements

• Some experience in customer support • Strong communication skills and a customer first mindset • Proficient in English and Turkish • Experience in banking or health insurance industry is a plus • Ideally, experience with helpdesk software (Zendesk or similar)
