📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end import processes, from issuance of documentation to delivery of goods to the Distribution Center • Act as the focal point for monitoring and control of Foreign Trade operations, ensuring shipment visibility and adherence to deadlines • Track the operational flow with suppliers, freight forwarders, carriers, customs brokers and internal departments • Ensure document compliance and adherence to corporate policies and applicable law • Monitor critical events, identify operational deviations and manage exceptions, proposing solutions to mitigate risks • Monitor performance indicators (KPIs), transit times, logistics costs and operational performance • Coordinate communication among multiple internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment and prompt decision-making • Support monitoring of payments related to Foreign Trade expenses • Ensure proper receipt of imported cargo and the flow of tax/fiscal information in corporate systems • Identify continuous improvement opportunities, contributing to greater efficiency and control of operations

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in Import operations, Foreign Trade or Control Tower • Experience monitoring international end-to-end processes • Knowledge of import flows, customs documentation and international transportation • Experience with operational monitoring, exception management and tracking performance indicators • Strong analytical skills for data analysis, trend identification and decision support • Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders in dynamic, multicultural environments • Ability to prioritize tasks, solve problems and act with a sense of urgency • Excellent communication and relationship management skills with clients, suppliers and logistics partners • Advanced or fluent English (mandatory) • Advanced or fluent Spanish (mandatory)
