📋 Description

• Initiate shipment requests and create shipment records in CargoWise • Prepare and send draft Air Waybills (AWBs) for review and processing • Prepare and send required shipment documents, including on-hand reports and shipment photos • Monitor shipment movements and update shipment statuses throughout the shipping process • Prepare arrival notices and coordinate customs release for shipments with no identified issues • Track shipments through final delivery and follow up on outstanding movement or delivery updates • Process shipment billing after completion and ensure relevant shipment records are properly documented

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in air freight operations, international logistics, or freight forwarding • Familiarity with CargoWise or similar freight management systems • Understanding of air freight documentation, including Air Waybills (AWBs), and shipment processing • Knowledge of import and export shipment workflows, including customs clearance and final delivery coordination • Strong attention to detail when handling shipment records, documentation, tracking updates, and billing • Good communication and coordination skills when following up on shipment status and delivery requirements • Ability to manage multiple shipments and ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time • Amenable to working night shifts
