📋 Description

• Own the returns experience for merchants • Set up, update, and maintain merchant returns programmes and account configurations • Onboard merchants, explain the returns service, share forms and introductory information, and collect setup details • Submit setup information to return-processing partners, follow up on activation status, and provide merchant updates • Coordinate shipments of returned cartons and pallets to countries of origin or designated locations • Coordinate with return-processing and logistics partners, including bulk-shipment consolidation • Review return-facility and inventory information and identify idle stock or location-related issues • Help determine suitable return-facility options based on merchant requirements and processing coverage • Analyse return volumes, locations, and costs to recommend improvements that reduce merchant costs • Review partner invoices and prepare accurate monthly merchant invoices and breakdowns • Coordinate with finance and use JIRA in the current manual invoicing workflow • Support fast fulfilment setup, order tracking, and resolution of order issues • Share returns metrics and updates with Adar • Collaborate with merchants, partners, finance, logistics, and internal teams across international time zones

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in returns, reverse logistics, fulfilment, or ecommerce operations; candidates from freight forwarding, international logistics, traditional logistics or shipping companies, and 3PL operations may also be considered • Hands-on experience with returns-management or warehouse software and ability to learn new partner platforms quickly • Working knowledge of international shipping and freight • Strong analytical skills and confidence in Excel or Google Sheets • Ability to analyse return volumes and costs to recommend improvements • High attention to detail, especially with account data and invoicing • Clear, customer-focused communication with merchants, partners, and internal teams • Ability to manage multiple merchants and priorities independently • Fluent English • Working knowledge of customs procedures is nice to have; training can be provided • Experience with carton or pallet consolidation is nice to have • Experience at a 3PL, cross-border fulfilment provider, or DTC brand is nice to have • Familiarity with Shopify and ecommerce order management systems is nice to have • Experience working across time zones with distributed teams is nice to have • Mandarin language skills are an advantage but are not required
