📋 Description

• Coordinate and monitor international ocean freight shipments from planning through delivery • Maintain accurate shipment data, planning sheets, and ERP system records • Obtain, verify, and update shipment information from shipping lines, hauliers, logistics partners, and overseas offices • Manage shipping documentation and support customs-related processes • Track shipment progress and proactively address delays, exceptions, and operational issues • Coordinate with internal teams, carriers, agents, and overseas offices to ensure timely shipment updates • Support KPI achievement, cost control, and process improvement initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in ocean freight operations and freight forwarding — required • Solid knowledge of international shipping procedures, documentation, and supply chain processes • Experience using ERP or Transport Management Systems (TMS) • Proficiency in Microsoft Office • Strong English communication skills (B1/B2 level or higher) • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills • High level of accuracy and attention to detail • Ability to work independently in a remote, international environment • Fiber internet, recommended speed of 100/50 Mbps • Backup internet capable of at least 20 Mbps • Quiet, conducive home workspace • Optional wired Ethernet connection preferred during work hours • Optional power backup (UPS) if the location experiences frequent outages)
