📋 Description

• Manipulate databases • Communicate with clients to understand areas where we can contribute to their business • Combine internal solutions or create new ones, applying a variety of techniques and with the freedom to propose new approaches • Develop ad hoc studies and statistical analyses • Interpret the results obtained and assess how they apply to clients' problems • Interact with various Serasa departments and external clients

🎯 Requirements

• Familiarity with AI tools • Proactivity: based on experience or discussions, propose solutions that generate results for the company, and take initiative to automate processes that can be applied to multiple clients • Knowledge of the credit market, as the role requires understanding and contributing in client meetings; be able to understand the issues described so you can use or create solutions • Programming knowledge such as Python and SQL • Familiarity with delivery/visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau is a plus
