📋 Description
• Lead and improve the employee experience and engagement strategy in Costa Rica • Manage employee lifecycle—from onboarding to offboarding • Oversee employee programs and enhance inclusion • Provide strategic direction for local HR services • Lead the Total Rewards and benefits strategy for Costa Rica • Oversee the design, governance, and continuous improvement of the local benefits offering • Manage relationships with benefits vendors • Lead HR analytics efforts and improve programs • Ensure governance and compliance with Costa Rican labor laws • Oversee health, safety, and wellbeing programs
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in employee experience, engagement, HR operations, or people services leadership roles • Experience leading teams and balancing strategic and operational responsibilities • Experience managing vendors, benefits, engagement programs, and governance cycles • Advanced English and Spanish language skills • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Law, Psychology, or related field; master's. • Employee experience and engagement leadership, focused on trust, belonging, and retention.
