📋 Description

• Financial Systems Support • Act as the functional owner for finance systems, ensuring their continuous operation and alignment with business needs. • Manage and prioritize requests, incidents and critical issues, ensuring appropriate handling within defined SLAs. • Conduct root cause analyses and coordinate action plans to mitigate recurrence. • Serve as the primary point of contact between business areas and IT teams for support-related matters. • Assess the impact of system changes on financial and operational processes. • Continuously monitor system health, identifying risks and improvement opportunities. • Maintain a close, ongoing relationship with Finance teams. • Hold recurring alignment, prioritization and follow-up meetings for requests. • Gather requirements, map processes and translate business needs for technical teams. • Ensure clear and continuous communication among stakeholders, key users and technology teams. • Lead system evolution, automation and digital transformation projects for finance areas. • Coordinate activities from scope definition through production deployment. • Prepare schedules, action plans, risk analyses and track deliverables. • Facilitate project ceremonies and executive status meetings. • Support testing, user acceptance, training and change management activities. • Keep the backlog of improvements and requests up to date and prioritized. • Define prioritization criteria considering financial impact, regulatory risks, user experience and business value. • Work with development teams to refine requirements and monitor deliveries.

🎯 Requirements

• Knowledge of key financial processes, including: • Contracting and Billing • Accounts Receivable • Revenue Recognition • Collections and application of receipts • Financial and accounting controls • Advanced English required • Systems and tools: • Backlog management (Jira, Azure DevOps or similar) • Documentation tools (Confluence or similar) • Power BI and AI (desirable) • Experience with ERP, financial systems and integrations • Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) • Project Management
