• Analisar indicadores comerciais e de marketing (vendas, leads, funil, conversão, VSO, metas vs. realizado) • Conduzir reuniões estratégicas com clientes para leitura de resultados e recomendações • Propor planos de ação comerciais e de marketing com base em dados • Atuar como consultor(a) estratégico(a) dentro dos contratos • Apoiar decisões de lançamentos, campanhas, estrutura comercial e metas • Trabalhar em conjunto com as áreas comerciais e de marketing dos clientes • Colaborar com o time interno para entregas estratégicas e de alto impacto
• Experiência com leitura e interpretação de dados comerciais (funil de vendas, performance e ações comerciais) • Familiaridade com Excel, dashboards, CRM ou ferramentas de BI • Experiência no mercado imobiliário: construtoras, incorporadoras, planejamento comercial, inteligência de mercado ou marketing imobiliário • Experiência em áreas administrativas ou estratégicas ligadas ao comercial • Experiência com funil de vendas e marketing digital (visão analítica)
