• Conduzir processos seletivos de ponta a ponta (end-to-end), atuando no recrutamento e seleção de vagas na área de Tecnologia em nível consultivo e especialista, incluindo posições em Arquitetura, Inteligência Artificial e Tech para o varejo. • Responsável por mapeamento de perfis, triagem, entrevistas, alinhamento com gestores, acompanhamento do processo e suporte à tomada de decisão até a finalização da contratação.
• Experiência com recrutamento e seleção de alto volume / vagas operacionais; • Ensino Superior Completo ou Cursando; • Excel e Power Point Intermediário para apresentações de dados; • Imprescindível ter atuado com recrutamento e seleção de vagas Tech (Arquitetura, Inteligência artificial e Tech Varejo); • Experiência com ATS, preferência Gupy; • Ter atuado como Tech Recruiter nível pleno; • Amplo conhecimento em plataformas de Hunting Tech (Linkedin Recruiter, dentre outras);
