📋 Description

• Support and execute critical Treasury routines • Collaborate with Product Managers, Chapters, and cross-functional teams • Manage and track requests, backlog, and workflow activities using Jira • Participate in and facilitate agile ceremonies, ensuring alignment between stakeholders and teams • Elicit, analyze, and document business and technical requirements • Propose solutions that meet business needs with technical feasibility • Perform data and metric analyses to identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization • Facilitate communication between business areas, technology, and vendors • Support digital transformation, automation, and innovation initiatives • Ensure delivery quality and monitor results

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or in a related role • Experience working in agile environments using Scrum and other agile methodologies • Experience with tools such as Jira, Miro, and MS Project • Ability to translate business needs into functional and technical requirements • Experience leading meetings, workshops, and alignment sessions with multiple stakeholders • Strong analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
