📋 Description

• Elicit, analyze and document business requirements with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic objectives. • Conduct discovery activities to understand business needs and define the scope of solutions. • Prepare functional documentation, including User Stories, Use Cases, business rules, acceptance criteria, and primary, alternative and exception flows. • Map current (As-Is) and future (To-Be) processes using BPMN, UML or similar tools. • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in processes, systems and products, proposing technological solutions aligned with business needs. • Facilitate communication between business areas, development, engineering, data, UX/UI and other stakeholders. • Perform impact and feasibility analyses for implementing new features, projects and enhancements. • Define and validate acceptance criteria, supporting the execution of functional tests (UAT) and solution sign-off. • Monitor the development of requests, ensuring adherence to functional requirements and project objectives. • Support delivery planning by participating in agile ceremonies, follow-up meetings and backlog management. • Prepare training materials, user manuals and deliver presentations to support user adoption of solutions. • Act as a focal point during assisted operation phases (Hypercare), providing user support and tracking bugs, questions and improvement opportunities. • Use data analysis and visualization tools to generate insights that support decision-making and tracking of business indicators.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, Economics or related fields. • Proven experience as a Business Analyst in technology projects, software development, data or automation initiatives. • Experience in eliciting and documenting functional requirements. • Knowledge of discovery techniques, process analysis and business modeling. • Experience in writing User Stories, Use Cases, business rules and acceptance criteria. • Familiarity with BPMN, UML or equivalent process modeling methodologies. • Experience working with agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban. • Experience with tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, Trello or similar. • Knowledge of functional testing (UAT), validation and delivery acceptance. • Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau. • Advanced or fluent English (required). • Advanced or fluent Spanish (required).
